*What’s included in the Teepee Party package?
All the items in the themed package plus delivery, assembly, styling, collection and laundering of all bedding.
*What ages are the Teepee parties suitable for?
Our parties best suit children 5 years and up.
*What kind of bedding do you supply?
We provide luxury foam mattresses, fitted cotton sheets, duvets and pillows with freshly laundered linen and comfortable soft blankets. We do not use air beds.
*How much room do I need?
We provide luxury foam mattresses, fitted cotton sheets, duvets, pillows and comfortable soft blankets. We do not use air mattresses. Each mattress, teepee and tray requires an area of 210cm long x 90cm wide.
*What areas do you cover?
We cover all of RCT, Cardiff, Bridgend, The Vale of Glamorgan, and Merthyr Tydfil. If you are outside of these areas please get in touch to discuss options. Free delivery is within a 10 mile radius of CF38. Additional charges will apply outside of this area, please contact us for more information.
*How do I pay?
We take a £50 deposit to secure your booking to be paid via bank transfer, we will email you the details to pay. We recommend paying this as soon as you can to secure your date. One week before the day of the party we will take the final payment minus the deposit.
*When do you deliver and collect?
We deliver your Teepee party between 10:00am - 12:00pm the morning of your party. We collect the following morning between the same times. If you need a different time just let us know and we will be happy to work with you.
*How do I book?
Please fill out the online booking form as this will give us all the information that we need. If we can accommodate your booking, we will email you our details to pay the deposit that will secure your booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We don’t stay and host the party, but we provide everything you need to set up your cwtch party. We do offer a number of party add-ons, please send us an email or DM and we will provide you with a price for the quantity required.
